SUPPLY OF FURNITURE AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO VARIOUS HOSPITALS IN UKRAINE

The Galician Health Service (Servicio Gallego de Salud) of the Government of Galicia (Xunta de Galicia) has transferred a batch of medical equipment and furniture to the Europeans with Ukraine Foundation for further distribution among hospitals in Ukraine.
The aid came from the medical districts of Ferrol and Lugo. Some of the equipment was new, some was used, but was in excellent technical condition and ready to be used in medical facilities.

The shipment was made using two trucks that left Lugo in April and May 2025. The loading was made with the help of volunteers from the Foundation. The equipment was sent to the Ukrainian NGOs KOLO CHARITY FOUNDATION and YOUTH INITIATIVE CHARITABLE FOUNDATION "HOPE", which were responsible for its distribution to the Ukrainian hospitals that needed it most. ABANCA took care of the cost of transport to Ukraine.
