Project

for Housing Reconstruction

Free provision of construction materials directly to families whose housing has been affected by the military aggression of the Russian Federation in the Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

The project is implemented by the local NGO "Charitable Foundation 'Kolo'" under our supervision.

Currently, we are exploring the expansion of the beneficiary territory and seeking funding.

How does it work? Project stages

We received from the authorities a list of damaged houses along with contact information of the owners.

The representative of the Foundation in the region personally communicates with the residents and conducts photo and video documentation of the damages, with the mandatory written consent of the residents.

In accordance with the agreed requests and records, we send a batch of building materials (22 tons - one truckload) to an intermediate warehouse in the region. The materials can be stored at the warehouse for a certain period of time."

We dispatch materials from the intermediate warehouse in small batches (2-5 tons) for delivery to the residents.

The representative of the Foundation in the region formalizes the transfer of materials to the homeowner, documenting the acceptance and transfer. Homeowners themselves undertake the repairs, with assistance from third parties where possible.

Photos and videos of damages, records of apartments and recipients, and financial components of the project are collected and stored in the Google Drive cloud resource with open access for the donor and all project participants.
